Refund & Cancellation

Your Order Cancellation Rights:

You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days without providing any reason. The cancellation deadline is 7 days from the date you received the goods or when a third party, other than the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from receiving the returned goods. The refund will be processed using the original payment method, and you will not incur any fees.

Conditions for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, ensure that:

• The goods were purchased within the last 7 days.
• The goods are in their original packaging.

The following goods cannot be returned:

• Customized or personalized goods.
• Perishable or expired goods.
• Goods unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
• Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions at our discretion.

Only regular-priced goods are eligible for a refund; sale items are non-refundable unless prohibited by applicable law.

We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We are not liable for goods damaged or lost during return shipment.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit upon return. If the goods were not marked as a gift or were shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
